What a Year – 2020 sure threw us a number of hurdles………..how many challenges can you fit into a year, and it doesn’t end there?

Mrs Joan Chalmers has announced she will be retiring at the end of 2020.  Joan has worked tirelessly with dedication over 20 years with Catholic Education, commencing with St Columba’s in 1998 and then continuing with Our Lady of the Southern Cross College until now. 

We thank Joan and wish her well for the next chapter of her life.

In 2021 Mrs Kathy Crump will continue in the College Tuckshop but will now need your assistance more than ever.  Mrs Crump is already feeling lonely and would like to see as many volunteers (Mums, Dads, Aunts, Grandma’s) as possible to join her on a daily basis. 

The requirements to assist are as follows; must enjoy company of others, like to have a laugh and smile, prepare fresh food for our students, have input into the menu for 2021, friendly disposition, service of children, cash / EFTPOS handling and be willing to apply for a volunteer Blue Card.
