The unit that Year 8 Science students have been doing this term is called 'Energy in My Life'. Students have been exploring how energy, in its many different forms, is an essential part of our daily lives. They are investigating what energy is, and how it is transformed and transferred.  The students have been busy, both at home and at school, building models which demonstrate the Law of Conservation of Energy.

In the photo below, the Year 8 students who were at school were building energy models with dominos and marbles.
