Nearly a year of planning by our dedicated STEM Fair team culminated in a spectacular exhibition last Thursday when our College was buzzing with excitement as students, families and staff were drawn into a world of innovation, creativity, invention and exploration. There was an abundance of activities to discover from solar telescopes to earthquake towers, zapping machines, mini robots, worms and much, much more. The Year 4 Pinball Alley was a tremendous hit with visitors of all ages! We are very appreciative to Graeme Jenkinson and Des Janke for sharing their telescopes and expertise with us. How wonderful to be able to see the solar flares on the sun in so much detail and explore the stars. A huge thankyou to staff and students who have been working on projects since the beginning of Term 2, your hard work produced the most amazing collection of projects! Thankyou also to staff, students and parents who gave their time to run activities on the afternoon, help with setting up and packing away.
