Welcome to our Japanese Students
We would like to welcome our two Japanese exchange students, Yosuke Inagaki and Sarina Kakegawa who will be attending the College for all of Term 1.
Yosuke, aged 16 comes from Iharaki in Japan and travels to school each day by train which is a journey of one hour. Sarina is lucky to live in Tokyo and she rides a bicycle to school.
Both students are enjoying their time at the College so far and have found people to be very friendly. Yosuke was asked what food he likes to eat that is different to his usual cuisine in Japan and he says he loves wraps for lunch. Sarina has visited the shops in Dalby and says she would like to see a Koala.
Yosuke commented that our College is very large and flexible and he enjoys Maths and says he is able to keep up with the Maths lessons so far. Sarina likes English and is looking forward to improving over the next Term.
Welcome Sarina and Yosuke.
