School Fee Collection Procedure

A reminder from our last newsletter in 2023, that a new School Fee Collection Procedure has been introduced for the 2024 year.

The College relies on the timely payment of fees and invoices to enable the delivery of high-quality education for our students. From the 2024 year, the College will be adopting the School Fee Collection Procedure as implemented by Toowoomba Catholic Schools Office (TCSO). The new collection procedure has refined payment terms and strict follow up timeframes to ensure the timely payment of school fees.

One of the key changes under the new policy is strict 14-day payment terms for all invoices, including term fees.

It is important that all families are aware of the new terms to ensure fees are paid within the required timeframes unless a suitable direct debit or other agreed financial arrangement or payment plan is in place. Failure to do so may result in debt collection action.
