Throughout this term in The Arts Year 3 and  4 are focussing on indigenous art and creating their own artwork. The students all painted a dot painting on boomerangs. They were asked to write a story in relation to what their symbols were representing. We sat them in class piles on display without judges knowing which class was which. 3C did a fantastic job to take out the title of the four classes with “The Best Boomerangs of 2022.” We cannot wait to finish our Indigenous Puzzles to take home at the end of the term.
