The College will be hosting the School Immunisation Program for Year 7 and 10 students on Wednesday 23 March commencing at 12.30pm.

Yr 7        HPV (dose 1) – Human Papillomavirus

                dTpa – Diptheria-Tetanus-Pertussis

Yr 10      MenACWY – Meningococcal ACWY

Consent forms were sent home with students last week and only a limited number of forms have been returned. If your child has not given you the consent form, please ask your child for their immunisation envelope. Please return these consent forms (with either consent or declined section filled in) to the College Office by 3.00pm Monday 14 March.
