OUR LADY OF THE SOUTHERN CROSS DAY 

Last Wednesday, 1 September, we celebrated Our Lady of the Southern Cross’ feast day.  Who can believe it was so warm last Wednesday, hot in fact, and this week we are back in jumpers! It was great to join as a College with our community for this occasion.  Mass was led by our Year 9-12 Drama students, with a special performance by our Early Years Choir, and we cheered on our athletes and staff on the track later that afternoon.   

NAPLAN 

NAPLAN Student Reports were sent home with students in Year 3, 5, 7, and 9 on Tuesday. We are extremely proud of our 2021 results and how our students interacted with the new digital platform of these tests.  We have been chosen to trial the NAP-ICT Literacy Assessment with a group of Year 6 students in October.  At this stage we have only been provided with a test window from 11 October – 29 October.  Once we have details on which students and specific details, we will inform parents.  These trials will test the use of the system and student interaction but do not track student results.
