QCIS Athletics
The College had a very successful day at the QCIS Athletics Carnival on Friday 27 August. The College finished second from average points based on school enrolment and second in the overall points. There were many highlights on the day including, winning the Under 12/13 Girls, Open Girls and Open Boys Relays, Emmysen Crothers breaking the Under 12 Girls Long Jump record, Gemma Sullivan and Charlotte Colquhoun competing in all eight events on the day in the Under 10 Girls age group.

SWQ Touch Football
The SWQ Swans Primary and Secondary All Schools Touch Football Carnival will be held on Sunday 17 October in Toowoomba. The College will be nominating a Primary Boys, Primary Girls, Under 15 Boys, Under 15 Girls and Under 18 Mixed Team in this competition.
QLD Secondary All Schools Touch Football
Version 6 of the QLD Secondary All Schools Touch Football Draw has been passed onto our Under 15 and Under 18 Teams. At this point the draw has been kind to the College, with the Under 15 Teams having games only on Thursday 8 October and Friday 9 October (no Wednesday games). The Under 18 Mixed Team has games on Friday 9 October and Saturday 10 October. There have been no changes to the draw since version 4 for our teams. Any major changes over the holidays will be emailed out to families and be available from the QLD All Schools Website.
Scots College Warwick Sevens Carnival
Congratulations to all students who competed at this carnival. It was a very long day for both staff and students with the at 6.30am departure and returning home at 5.30pm. Thanks to Mr Cuskelly, Mr Fraser, Mr Gillespie, Mr Grayson, Mr Garside, Mrs Biggar, Mrs Wilkins and Miss Willocks for attending with our five teams. Highlights of the day were the performances of our Under 13 Boys and Girls Teams who recorded two victories each.



Downs Rugby Sevens
Congratulations to Emmysen Crothers, Charli Coleman, Leila Boland, Carla Nobbs and Georgia Gillett who have been selected in a Darling Downs Invitational Under 13 Sevens Team to play in Brisbane this weekend. The girls were selected based on their performances at the QCIS Sevens Carnival.
