We have recently had a number of students sign up for School Based Traineeships and Apprenticeships which is quite amazing given the current climate with COVID-19 and the impact that has had on local business. For local employers to accept students and offer them opportunities to work and gain a qualification is fantastic. At McDonald's Dalby, we currently have four students completing a Certificate III in Retail with Ivy Tia. Mackenzie Wedrat signed up in March while Riley Woitowitz, Charlie Cooper and Dakota Wilson signed up in June. Anna Lilburne has commenced a Certificate III in Hospitality at Urban Paddock and Toby Harms has commenced a Certificate III in Agriculture with MelMark Trading. We've got more students completing sign ups with local businesses now so once again, we thank all these employers for providing opportunities to our students.
